Accessibility and Inclusion
My practice is built on values that celebrate diversity and make therapy accessible to all. I believe everyone deserves quality therapeutic support, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Making Therapy Work for You
I'm committed to adapting therapy to fit your needs:
Flexible pricing options for those facing financial barriers
Accommodating your access needs (e.g. for neurodivergence) where possible
Online therapy providing accessible support from the comfort of your own home
Each person's needs are unique. If something is making therapy less accessible for you, please reach out so we can explore solutions together.
Fee Structure
My standard fee reflects my professional training, ongoing development, and the care I bring to each session. As a self-employed therapist, this is my sole source of income.
Concessionary spaces
I keep a limited number of spaces for those who genuinely could not access therapy otherwise. These allow me to support people facing significant financial barriers while maintaining a sustainable practice.
If you feel financial circumstances would prevent you from working with me, please mention this during our initial contact. We can have an open conversation about possibilities during our free consultation.
Pay It Forward
If you're in a position to help others access therapy, you can "pay it forward" by contributing above my standard fee. This directly creates opportunities for people who would otherwise miss out on therapeutic support.
This community approach makes therapy more accessible while allowing me to maintain a sustainable practice. If this resonates with you, please let me know and I'd be happy to answer any questions.

If you have questions about any of these options, I'd love to hear from you. Get in touch or book your free consultation to explore how we might work together.

I accept payment payment by bank transfer. I will give you my details for payment when we book the first session.
In order to keep my admin process as simple as possible, I do not accept other forms of payment.

I appreciate that sometimes life can be unpredictable, however I ask that if you do not attend, or cancel on the day before, or the day of the appointment, you pay for the session (at the normal full price).
As I am self-employed this helps me to have a reasonable degree of predictability in terms of my weekly income, which would otherwise not be possible. I appreciate your understanding and support in this.

In general, yes. Sessions are usually weekly, at an agreed time each week. This helps build and develop the therapeutic relationship, and the generally most supportive of your journey in therapy.
However, this is something we can discuss in our initial discussion or at a future point in therapy, if you feel that fortnightly might be more appropriate for you.

Yes, I can provide you with a monthly invoice on request. Payment is still by bank transfer and payment for the invoice is due by the day before your first session of the month.
